We are all looking for happiness. We want to wake up happy that we have a job, we want to be happier during our commute, we want our family and social lives to be stress-free, and we don’t want to worry about getting into trouble throughout the day. However, avoiding stress is easier said than done. It may seem impossible to truly find happiness, but you can achieve it.

It’s such an easy phrase, but it can save you a world of trouble and help you to truly find happiness in life. Why? Because Jesus Christ is the only person to ever live a perfect life. He never sinned, and he was never in a situation where there was the risk of sin.

If you’re of a certain age, you likely remember seeing this phrase on T-shirts and bumper stickers when you were younger. It’s a very simple phrase that needs to make a comeback. It’s this:

“What Would Jesus Do?”

It’s such an easy phrase, but can save you a world of trouble and help you to truly find happiness in life. Why? Because Jesus Christ is the only person to ever live a perfect life. He never sinned and he was never in a situation where there was the risk of sin.

How Jesus Christ Can Help You Every Day

There are many things that are considered to be sins and bad things in this world. No one is perfect, so even if we try our best, all of us will sin at some point. The reason we sin and why bad things happen is because the devil rules this world, and since Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, we live in a fallen world. However, God is here to save you.

If you accept Jesus Christ as your lord and Savior and repent of your sins, you will go to heaven. That’s the only way.We need to live our lives as close as possible to how Jesus lived to be born again and make our way to heaven.

Dressing in revealing or unsuitable clothing? Ask what would Jesus do?
Thinking of gossiping? Ask what would Jesus do?
Being envious or wishing you had something that someone else has? Ask what would Jesus do?
Swearing or cursing? Ask what would Jesus do?
Considering homosexuality? Ask what would Jesus do?
Going to a psychic? Ask what would Jesus do?
Believing in any other god other than our Heavenly Father or Jesus Christ? Ask what would Jesus do?
Getting angry? Ask what would Jesus do?

The key here is that Jesus Christ would never do any of these bad things. He never sinned, so he sits on the right-hand side of God’s throne. That’s why we need to believe in his death and resurrection for our sins.

If you want to find happiness, before you’re about to do anything that is considered bad or questionable, ask if Jesus would do the same thing. If you know he wouldn’t, then don’t do it yourself.

When we sin, our conscience and the Holy Spirit get the best of us, and that’s why we feel bad when we do bad things. By constantly trying to do what’s right, you’ll feel happier overall.
